Emergency call out fees

Visit after hours, or on Saturday or Sunday: $450.
Winter call out customer tub dump fee: $250.

Weekly Maintenance (Every Thursday in Fernie)

• Check to ensure that your tub is functioning correctly. If any problem detected you will be notified immediately.
• Check and adjust chemical balance as necessary.
• Change and clean filter regularly.

Kimberley: $110 per month + tax; Fernie: $145 per month + tax.
Annual filter charge of $50, first filter will be billed when services are initiated.

Upgrade Options

• Eco One monthly: Kimberley: $120/month; Fernie: $155/month.
• Full package: Kimberley: $135/month; Fernie: $170/month.
• Full Package with Eco One: $145/month (Kimberley); $180/month (Fernie).

Full Package includes extras like 2 Tub Dumps and fills annually,
Eco one is an all natural product made with coconut oil, reducing need for spa maintenance

Bi-Annual Maintenance in the spring and the fall (Tub Dump & Refill)

• Clean the plumbing system and all surfaces
• Completely empty the tub
• Rinse jets
• Switch-out and clean the filter(s)
• Refill and adjust chemical balance

Clients in Kimberley: $150 + tax
Clients in Fernie: $175 + tax
Kimberley (non-client): $350 + tax
Out of town (non-client): $350 + mileage and drive time

Tub dump and refill service are extra outside of weekly chemical servicing. Please call and book an appointment. ***
Upon commencement of chemical services we require a recent date of tub fill.

Service call out fee during business hours : $45 + drive time outside of Kimberley area (30min)
Service call out fee After hours: $90 + drive time outside of Kimberley, Cranbrook, Fernie. (1hr)
Water top up fee $20 - This will be charged if the tech is needing to top up water level more than 1 x month.

Non-client tub dump. It includes changing the water, spa rinse and deep clean. $350 + tax

Tips to keep your tub healthy

• Be sure to replace the float dispenser when the tub is not in use. Dispenser should float freely in the tub not in the skimmer.
• Top up the water level if it appears to be low.
• Rinse bathing suits well prior to using in the tub to help avoid sudsy water.
• Rinse off before entering the tub
